Senior associate Miloš Andrejević, acting as the vice president of the HR Committee within the Foreign Investors Council (FIC), attended a public consultation held on 5 November 2021 at the premises of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia regarding the preparation of the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Foreigners and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Employment of Foreigners, where the representatives of the Ministry of Labor, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Interior also attended.
It is expected that the amendments to these laws will procedurally facilitate the residence and employment of foreigners in the Republic of Serbia.
