Our senior associate Milica Pešterić recently gave an interview for CEE Legal Matters in which she referred to the current situation in legal services industry in Serbia.
According to Milica, “in the past two months, we have seen an increase in the overall volume pf M&A transactions, and many local IT companies have grown to such a level that they began drawing international investor attention.” She also pointed out how much attention is being placed on renewables.
