The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia in cooperation with our law firm, organized a seminar titled “Assignment of employees on temporary work abroad and their protection”. Jelena Milacic, our Senior Associate, will give the lecture.
The Seminar will present the solutions of the new Law on the conditions for assignment of employees for temporary work abroad and their protection – legal basis and conditions of referral, obligations of employees, the referral procedure, protection of employees and monitoring the implementation of the Law.
