Stefan Golubović is a partner at Drašković Popović & Partners. His main focus in on dispute resolution. Prior to D2P, Stefan was associate at two reputable Serbian full-service independent law firms and research assistant in Cologne’s (Germany) office of one of the premier international law firms.
Stefan is ranked as a „Next Generation Partner“ in Dispute resolution within The Legal 500 EMEA report, for both Serbia and Montenegro.
Education
Stefan earned his MLB (Master of Law and Business) in Germany from the joint program of Bucerius Law School and WHU. His thesis concerned the potential of remuneration of non-material damages pursuant to CISG (Convention on international sale of goods). He earned his LL.B. from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law. In 2012 Stefan was a part of the VIS MOOT team of University of Belgrade in 19th VIS MOOT Competition in Vienna. Stefan was a speaker at the 2016 Belgrade Arbitration Conference on the topic of “Impact of Insolvency on arbitration proceedings: EU context.”
