Tina Petrić
External Consultant
Tina Petrić is an external consultant at Drašković Popović & Partners, with a practice focused primarily on Energy & ESG, Competition law, Corporate and Commercial law, and EU regulatory matters. She advises clients on complex legal and regulatory issues, including cross-border transactions, corporate matters, legislative developments, and the alignment of Serbian legislation with EU law.
Tina also has experience in European energy law and regulatory frameworks through her work at the Energy Community Secretariat in Vienna, where she is involved in verifying the legislation of Contracting Parties, conducting legal research, addressing compliance matters, and supporting dispute resolution processes.
Prior to joining D2P, Tina worked as a Lawyer at a reputable law firm in Belgrade, where she gained experience in corporate law matters. Earlier in her career, she gained valuable public-sector and regulatory experience at the National Bank of Serbia, where she worked on matters relating to foreign exchange regulations, foreign credit relations, capital movements, and Serbia’s EU accession process. She also worked at the Ministry of Justice, contributing to European integration initiatives and international projects.
Education
Tina holds an LL.B. degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, and has passed the Serbian Bar Examination. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in International Economic Relations at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Belgrade. Her academic interests include EU and competition law, international economic relations, foreign investment, and energy and environmental regulation. Her master’s thesis focuses on compensation for damage caused by the application of unlawful restrictive (cartel) agreements in European Union law.
